Hebrews 6:10 (HCSB)

For God is not unjust; He will not forget your work and the love you showed for His name when you served the saints — and you continue to serve them.

The point the writer to Hebrews is making here is not that our good works will justify us before God—as if to say that salvation comes through works—the writer is saying that the works that stem from our love for God and our regenerated lives, will not be forgotten or overlooked by God.  He sees.  He knows.
This is great hope.  It’s easy to think that our labor—especially labor that is perceived as unproductive—is of little worth, that we must be “successful” to be appreciated by God.  Not so.  We must just be faithful, that is success.  God will not forget.
